The Challenge

Geldards is one of the country’s leading law firms with over 300 staff based in the Midlands, Wales and London, providing practical legal advice to private and public companies, local authorities, public bodies, charities and government agencies as well as private individuals.
Their challenge was to simplify the user experience of employees, empowering its people to work where and when they liked – with maximum flexibility and minimum constraints in order to encourage more efficient user behaviour.

The Solution

After evaluating Geldards’ workflow processes, we worked to simplify the user experience – creating solutions to technical problems that were eating into employees’ time when working.

We wanted to eliminate the boundaries lawyers faced in working more efficiently, allowing them to carry out particular tasks in the most appropriate and effective ways. Our Kappris software was implemented easily and allowed them to reduce time and waste, increasing productivity throughout the firm.

Our fully integrated solution was able to streamline many cumbersome and time consuming tasks that lawyers faced on a daily basis, reducing unnecessary costs across the law firm.
